The process begins with a keen eye for potential. We strategically identify leaders or influencers through various touchpoints in ministry life — whether that is seeing a natural shepherd emerge during Vacation Bible School, observing a high-capacity organizer at a Fall Festival, or following a specific pastor recommendation. These individuals might just be a future shepherd who possesses the heart and aptitude to lead others toward Christ.

Development

Once identified, the focus shifts from observation to investment. True growth happens through personal life mentoring and character development through leadership coaching. This ensures that a leader’s spiritual life matches their public ministry, preventing burnout and moral failure. This mentorship is paired with active participation in discipleship, practical ministry training, and cultural exchange, giving leaders a global perspective and the hands-on skills necessary to navigate diverse ministry environments.
