As a family, we have been incredibly blessed to be part of Two Feathers Ministry for many years, and words can hardly capture the depth of gratitude we feel toward this incredible organization — especially its founders, Rick and Deb Kesecker.

Every summer, our family has made the journey to the Choctaw Reservation in Mississippi to serve alongside Two Feathers. These mission trips have become the highlight of our year, a sacred time when we come together to put on Vacation Bible School for the beautiful children on the reservation. Watching their faces light up with joy as they learn Bible stories, sing songs, play games, and feel truly seen and loved has been transformative — not just for them, but for every member of our family.

Rick and Deb have poured their hearts into this ministry with unwavering dedication, compassion, and faith. From the moment we first connected with them, their genuine love for the Choctaw people and for every volunteer who joins them has been evident. They lead with humility, organize these trips with such care and attention to detail, and create an environment where families like ours can serve meaningfully while growing closer to God and to one another. Their encouragement, wisdom, and servant-hearted spirit have inspired us time and again. They have not only facilitated these life-changing experiences but have become like extended family to us.

Through Two Feathers Ministry, our child has learned what it means to serve selflessly, to step outside his comfort zone, and to share the love of Jesus in practical, joyful ways. We have witnessed firsthand how these VBS programs bring hope, build relationships, and plant seeds of faith in young hearts on the reservation. As parents, seeing our family united in this mission has strengthened our own faith and deepened our appreciation for God’s work in diverse communities.

Rick and Deb, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have meant the world to us as a family. Your vision, perseverance, and Christ-like love have made these summers unforgettable and eternally impactful. Two Feathers Ministry is not just an organization — it is a family of believers changing lives, and we are forever grateful to be a small part of it because of you.

I would like to share our appreciation of the Two Feathers Ministries.

The support of the backpacks each year has been very helpful in reaching out to many of the families who we have established relationships with or to reconnect with them through their kids. That joy of the kids receiving them flows onto the parent or grandparent. It allows us to share testimony of the working hands and feet of Jesus to get them into their hands, thus allowing us to share a bit more of the love He has for them all — and this is done in Jesus' name. These are not just given to the kids at church but also in addition with outreaches during the Christmas season. I am very thankful to all who have been involved in some way or another. On behalf of our church family, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Two Feather Ministries for their continued support and generosity toward our congregation of Pearl River Baptist Church and community of Pearl River. Their partnership has been a true blessing and has greatly strengthened our outreach efforts to children, youth, and families.

Two Feather Ministries has faithfully assisted us in multiple ways, especially through Vacation Bible School, where they helped provide resources, encouragement, and activities that made the experience meaningful and enjoyable for our children. During the Christmas season, they have generously provided backpacks filled with toys and supplies, bringing joy and excitement to many young people who may not otherwise receive such gifts. Their kindness has helped create lasting memories and reminded our families that they are loved and valued.

In addition, the ministry has offered family portraits, Fall Festivals and organized fun activities that brought our church family together. These events not only provided practical support but also strengthened relationships, fostered unity, and encouraged fellowship within our congregation. Many families now have treasured photographs and shared experiences that will be cherished for years to come.

Through their compassion, service, and dedication, Two Feather Ministries has made a positive and lasting impact on our church and the surrounding community. Their willingness to serve with love reflects the heart of true ministry, and we are deeply thankful for their partnership.
